Nicola
Nicola has gained more than 20 year's experience in some of the world's most recognizable brands including Ralph Lauren, Pentland Brands, Ferrero and more, recently in one of the world's fastest growing creative and influencer agencies as their first board-level people role.
Nicola has varied experience spans across generalist HR, M&A, transformation employee relations, ED&I, change, leadership, culture, and global capability centers.
Proud winner of both external and internal awards for her work and contributions to the industry Nicola has also the opportunity to give back via a non-exe director / charity trustee role. In 2024 Nicola became a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
Nicola is passionate c-suite level leader who is all about balancing both people and commercial needs to fit your company to help you grow, attract and retain.
Rachel
With nearly 10 years' experience, Rachel has hired top talent at both agency and client side across brands such as Apple, Facebook, Red Bull and Virgin. She grew one of the fastest scaling social media agencies with 100% direct hires whilst implement recruitment strategy, EVP and global mobility.
From hands on hiring to in house projects, Rachel covers all touch points within the recruitment lifecycle including: talent acquisition strategy, process improvement, EVP, talent mapping, succession planning, global mobility, advertising methods, ATS implementation, team management, early careers, DE&I, manager upskilling & more.
Rachel thrives on finding rockstars at all levels for her clients and creating a process that is seamless end to end for both client and candidate with a no BS, open and honest approach.
Lucy
Lucy is an experienced HR Leader with 15+ years global experience partnering with C-Suite Executives in commercial brand led organisations across footwear & apparel within luxury, premium & high street, as well as the Consumer Electronics sector.
Her experience spans business partnering, organisation design, M&A inc. TUPE, employee relations & HR Operations. She recently led the people workstream for Dr. Martens successful IPO in January 2021 & went on to own their people agenda across 10 countries within Americas, APAC, & EMEA. She is experienced at supporting leaders to navigate ambiguity and provide stability to their teams during times of significant change.
Lucy's style is energising, positive & purpose focused. As a qualified coach, she is passionate about self-development and is known for her ability to build high performing, engaged, and inclusive teams whilst driving individual, team and organisation success.
